What are some of the potential challenges associated with this role?

Operations at Applied Medical are fast paced. Operations Associates will be working in a dynamic and exciting environment with rapid changes and shifting priorities. These challenges will require critical thinking, decision making and time management skills.

Which shifts are available for this position?

There are three different shifts in a manufacturing setting: first, second and third shift. Operations Associates are assigned a shift based on specific business requirements. Working hours and overtime may fluctuate and will be specified by the area manager.

What is the dress code?

The dress code is business casual, but it may vary based on the area that an Operations Associate is assigned to. Training will be provided for gowning and dress code procedures, if applicable.

What happens after the program concludes?

At the end of the program, Operations Associates will be assigned to a designated manufacturing area where they will spend about 80% to 90% of their time working directly with their team and gaining hands-on experience. Operations Associates interact with multiple teams in the supply chain, including Planning, Engineering, Quality Control, and more.
