The Alexis orthopaedic protector shields soft tissue – including skin, fat, muscles and nerves – from contact with abrasive instrumentation and debris at the wound margins. By distributing the force of retraction evenly for optimal exposure of the joint capsule, the Alexis orthopaedic protector enhances visibility in the limited surgical working space.
