Branding

Responsible for championing and protecting the Applied Medical brand through all facets of communication. This includes Applied Medical’s web presence, graphic design, internal and external messaging, and all other communication tools.

Community Relations

Responsible for providing our team members with opportunities to make a positive difference in the lives of others and our community. In addition, this team is responsible for managing our Applied Company Store.

Business Information

Responsible for managing sales reporting and commissions for the Field Implementation team. The team also develops reporting and analytics for senior management and facilitates revenue and operating expense forecasting processes.

Construction

Responsible for quality assurance and safety for major construction projects across Applied Medical buildings, including improvements for existing and new buildings.

Calibration & Maintenance

Responsible for providing high quality calibration and maintenance services for Production and Engineering teams and device manufacturing plants, including Pilot Metals Development, Advanced Metals Processing, Polymer and Extrusion.

Contracts

Responsible for creating, negotiating and amending sales contracts and preparing proposals in response to RFPs and RFIs. The team also generates a variety of analytical and standardized reports and sales tools.

Credit & Collections

Responsible for managing activities related to credit, collections and accounts receivable.

Facilities

Responsible for the management of all Applied Medical buildings including maintenance and space planning.

Customer Relations

Responsible for establishing ongoing relationships with our doctor, hospital and surgery center customers. The team rapidly and effectively responds to customer needs, including order processing, customer questions, information dissemination and other support functions.

Field Operations

Responsible for providing excellent customer service to the Field Implementation team by facilitating product sample requests and product evaluations in addition to supporting general sales operational activities.

Events & Hospitality

Responsible for supporting and planning all internal catering and food service operations for company meetings and events. The team also prepares fresh food for our Quick Bites Café.

Finance

Responsible for managing the financial operations of the company including accounting, budgeting, treasury, financial reporting, internal audit and tax administration.

Landscaping Maintenance

Responsible for installing and maintaining all landscapes on our campus, including turf, trees, shrubs and flowers, as well as specializing in irrigation, arbor care, interior plant care, integrated pest management, hardscapes sweeping and water conservation management.

Pricing Administration

Responsible for implementing, updating and maintaining appropriate contract pricing for health systems. The team determines eligibility and customer pricing options in close collaboration with the Field Implementation team.

Multimedia

Responsible for developing visual content that engages internal and external audiences, including photography, videography, A/V, 2D and
3D animation and illustration, and fully immersive VR simulation.

Team Member Relations

Responsible for overseeing the programs and policies regarding the onboarding, engagement and performance of team members within the organization.
