As a vertically integrated company, we conduct all of our manufacturing processes in-house, avoiding freight-related emissions typically associated with outsourcing.
Applied's sterilization facility is located near our manufacturing operations, which helps decrease product transport and carbon emissions.
Our Netherlands facility utilizes a thermal heating system to heat or cool our building, reducing carbon emissions by 91 percent in the summer compared to traditional temperature control systems.
