The Applied Technology Services (ATS) team handles all matters related to information technology and computing technology. Operating in a full-service capacity, ATS is comprised of several teams, including Applications, Infrastructure, Information Security, Project Management, the Service Desk, and Shared Services. Team members work collaboratively to assist both internal and external customers and ensure that Applied Medical operates efficiently and effectively.

As part of our vertically integrated business model, ATS team members enjoy a hands-on approach to developing various technology services, applications and solutions in-house. ATS team members work together to respond quickly to evolving technology needs while delivering high quality solutions to our global organization.

APPLIED TECHNOLOGY SERVICES AREAS OF OPPORTUNITY

ATS encompasses a variety of teams to meet our expanding needs and growing organization.

Applications

Responsible for designing, developing, testing, implementing, and supporting Applied Medical's enterprise applications.

Project Management

Responsible for planning, organizing, and managing all projects within ATS to ensure that critical needs are considered, necessary resources are allocated, and milestones are achieved.

Information Security

Responsible for developing and implementing security policies and procedures, auditing, ad risk and vulnerability assessments in many areas including network, internet, endpoint, and cloud services.

Service Desk

Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical matters involving email requests and logs, client devices, hardware components, account maintenance, software upgrades and more for internal and external stakeholders.

Infrastructure

Responsible for setting up and maintaining systems that enable team members to deliver services and solutions to customers. These systems include servers, storage solutions, computer networking, and telecommunications applications.

Shared Services

Responsible for providing support functions within the ATS team, including license and software management, purchasing and asset management, ATS finance and technical writing.
